Quality Means, "Right the first time"

It is the objective of our company to be the highest quality provider of product and service to our customer. We will not enter an industry in which we cannot become known as the "Best in the Business". Simply stated, it is our belief that the company which serves their customer best will grow and prosper.

For our company to be best, each and every person must commit to doing the job right the first time. We cannot afford the cost of rework. We also cannot afford customer dissatisfaction which results from shoddy workmanship or Non-Delivery. If we are best, then this means that our people are the best in the industry.

Each person must know who their customers are and what kind of products and services they expect. Each person must be clear on the Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions which affect their area of responsibility. Each person must have quality performance goals which they meet or exceed.

If each person commits to being best, then we collectively as a company, become the best in the business.
