To better serve our customers, Top Die Plastics offers the following value added processes:

Insert Molding:
Allowing a metal insert to be encapsulated into a part in one operation for improved product structure and increased strength.

Sonic / Heat Insertion:
Secondary process used to press metal inserts into molded openings in plastic parts. Typically used with threaded inserts when additional strength is needed in the finished product.

Part Decorating:
Top Die Plastics will work with you to provide decorated parts utilizing post molding processes such as hot stamping and pad printing.

Assembly:
We offer part assembly through sonic welding, automation and / or manual operations.

We also have experience with Multi Shot / Multi Color Molding, Hot Runner / Valve Gate Systems, Gas Assist, Rotary / Shuttle Presses and Decoupled Molding (RJG).
