Founded by Tom & Orville Parrish in Marengo, Il.
15,000 sq. ft. building.
Annual Sales: $0.5 Million

1971
Purchased by second ownership.
Annual Sales: $1.0 Million
1977
Purchased by current ownership.
Annual Sales: $1.5 Million
1979
Expanded the Marengo plant by 10,000 sq. ft.
Annual Sales: $3.0 Million
1988
Purchased 25 Acres at South Beloit, Il. for future expansion. Existing building were 20,000 sq. ft. total.
Annual Sales: $11.0 Million
1989-1999
Between these dates, over 106,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehousing space were added at the South Beloit plant.
Annual Sales: $14.0-24.0 Million
2002
Upgrading equipment and adding state of the art automation.
Annual Sales: $28.0 Million
2003
Plastics Division (Top Die Plastics, Inc.) is founded and begins operations at the South Beloit, Il. facility.  This site contains molding presses ranging in size from 55 - 450 Ton with 2.0 - 40 oz. shot capacities.
