Slurry-on-Demand (SOD) uses semi-solid molten Aluminum to produce superior quality porosity-free castings. Thus, SOD is an excellent process choice for pressure-tight, structural, and suspension components.

SOD is a rheocasting technology where molten alloy is actively cooled in a controlled manner to reach a semi-solid state. SOD benefits include:
