There are a total of 25 acres to expand on at this facility. Currently we have 150,000 square feet of facility under roof. The 16 casting machines here range from 600 to 1,200 tons.
Casting, trimming, stress relieving, shot blasting, CNC machining, assembly and washing are performed at this facility. Painting, chromating, and plating is performed by outside ISO approved suppliers.

McCurdy Tool is a sister company to Top Die Casting. The 11,000 square foot tool shop provides Top Die with quality built casting dies, trim dies and necessary secondary fixturing. They are conveniently located just 7 miles away from Top Die's Main Plant in South Beloit, Illinois.

Marengo Plant - Marengo, Illinois

This is the original 7,000 square foot facility where Top Die Casting started. There are 11 casting machines here ranging from 400 to 700 tons. Casting, trimming, vibradeburring, and washing are performed at this facility.
